Tiffany Golden

Tiffany Golden is the Director of Community and Partnerships at world-renowned independent creative agency Wieden+Kennedy, a role she moved into after a decade of production experience.

A Seaside, California native who holds a degree in Criminal Justice, Tiffany made the move to Wieden+Kennedy in 2013, where she led integrated productions for some of the agency’s biggest clients, including Coca-Cola and Old Spice.

As someone who was first exposed to the creative industry through Streetlights, a nonprofit that connects people of color to careers in the film industry, Tiffany has made it her mission to create opportunities and growth for others. She founded Wieden+Kennedy’s first employee resource group and has been instrumental in scaling the agency’s equity and community efforts across the board, including effecting change in the community at large. An ADCOLOR Rising Star Award nominee and recipient of the OMPA Service and Inspiration Award, she has gained recognition from various organizations for her contributions to the betterment of business and society.
