Rachael Schaffner

Rachael is a Senior Knowledge Expert in McKinsey’s Marketing & Sales Practice. Her areas of expertise include: brand strategy, marketing procurement, and marketing organization.

Rachael has worked across a variety of industry areas including: retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and hospitality. Prior to joining McKinsey, Rachael worked at two digital agencies, managing strategy and creative development for luxury fashion and consumer financial services companies.
