Mohan Ramaswamy

Mohan Ramaswamy is a founding partner of Work & Co, a design and technology company founded in 2013 with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.

He works with client leaders to help them systematically plan and build their digital products and capabilities — driving new revenue opportunities and long-term transformations for these organizations. Engagements he’s led at Work & Co include Apple, T-Mobile, Goldman Sachs, Virgin America, and Hippo.

Prior to founding Work & Co, Mohan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he developed customer experience programs and digital roadmaps for clients in the media, retail, and financial services sectors. Before McKinsey he helped build Huge’s strategy practice. Mohan is a graduate of Columbia University.
