Kevin Sweeney

Kevin Sweeney has 17+ agency years of experience and is currently CFO of independent agency Allen & Gerritsen, an integrated creatively led agency located in Boston and Philadelphia.  He has consistently helped and led driving results whether it is developing and executing the business strategy, modernizing financial processes, operational process improvement, team management, revenue\cash management and overall P&L influence.  Sweeney, an accomplished Finance and Operations leader, is responsible for leading both the agency’s finances and client finances along with the operational duties for the agency.

Prior to A&G, he was Group Vice President, Finance Director at Brooklyn-based HUGE, an advertising agency within the Interpublic Group.  Sweeney originally started in the industry at Digitas in Boston, a Publicis company, for 11+ years.

Sweeney is a member of the 4A’s Eastern Region Finance Committee and also a member of The CFO Leadership Council.

He has a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Boston College.
