Dimi is the Global CEO of Dept, where he’s made 20 acquisitions under private-equity firm Waterland before being bought by Carlyle Group and snapping up small and mid-size properties such as marketing tech agency Byte, software consultancy Devetry, and app-building firm Rocket

He has now been at Dept for 15 years, starting out in Account & Strategy and moving on to run the Design & Tech team and the Amsterdam office before he was appointed CEO.
