Andrea Ostrovsky

After almost ten years as a law firm partner, Andrea Ostrovsky needed a new challenge, so she joined COLOR Creative, an award-winning agency in a period of explosive growth. As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Andrea brings order and clarity to the agency’s creative energy.

Andrea is passionate about building organizations where all employees thrive and can do their best work every day. In addition to managing the operations of the company, she serves as the executive liaison to COLOR’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

Somehow, she also manages to find time in the day to serve as the Head of Operations for CURATOR Pictures, COLOR’s sister company with a focus on championing female and non-binary directors and storytellers.
